Prices
All prices subject to change without prior notice. However,
we will notify you of any price increase before shipment.
Champion Fiberglass Products reserves the right to correct any
typographical errors which may include prices and/or product information.
Returns and Exchanges
An item will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days
of the receipt date provided the item has not been painted or
altered in any way. To return an
item, phone 1-888-416-6273 to be issued an RI# for the return.
Refunds are for cost of merchandise only. Shipping charges
and boxing fees are non-refundable. There is a 10% re-stocking
fee on all merchandise returned for any other reason than damage.
Damaged Merchandise
All orders are shipped truck freight:
you are required to open the box and inspect the merchandise before
signing the delivery receipt. (Both
the shipper and freight company assume no responsibility for damages
that is not noted on delivery receipt). Immediately
call Champion Fiberglass Products at 1-888-416-6273 and advise
us of any and all damages. You will then need to contact
the carrier and file a claim. Any damages that are beyond
repair--REFUSE SHIPMENT!
Limited Warranty
Champion Fiberglass Products warrants, to the original purchaser
that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt on all fiberglass
parts. All warranty claims must be shipped back to Champion
Fiberglass Products prepaid with proof of purchase and description
of defect. It will be up to Champion Fiberglass Products
to replace, credit or repair defective part. Champion Fiberglass
Products will not be held liable for anything other than replacement
of defective part and will not incur any other costs. This
warranty becomes void if Champion Fiberglass Products' products
are mis-used, altered, abused or installed improperly. Champion
Fiberglass Products will not be liable for injury or any damages
arising directly or indirectly from any defects in its goods,
defective or otherwise. You have specific legal rights with
this warranty and may also have special rights that vary from
state to state.
